Käyttöehdot
Nämä käyttöehdot ("Ehdot") koskevat Project G:n tuottamaa 3D-mallia (jäljempänä "Tuote"). Ottamalla Tuotteen käyttöön, lataamalla sen, asentamalla sen tai muutoin käyttämällä sitä käyttäjä sitoutuu noudattamaan näitä Ehtoja kokonaisuudessaan.
1. Käyttöoikeuden laajuus
Project G myöntää käyttäjälle rajoitetun, ei-yksinomaisen, ei-siirrettävän ja peruutettavissa olevan käyttöoikeuden Tuotteeseen ainoastaan FiveM-palvelinympäristössä. Kaikki muu käyttö on nimenomaisesti kielletty.
2. Kielletty käyttö ja rajoitukset
Ilman Project G:n etukäteen antamaa nimenomaista kirjallista lupaa käyttäjä ei saa:
- levittää, jakaa, julkaista tai muutoin saattaa Tuotetta kolmansien osapuolten saataville;
- myydä, vuokrata, lisensoida, jälleenmyydä tai muutoin luovuttaa Tuotetta tai sen käyttöoikeutta;
- kopioida, muokata, kääntää, purkaa, dekompiloida tai luoda Tuotteesta johdannaisteoksia kokonaan tai osittain;
- käyttää Tuotetta missään muussa ympäristössä kuin FiveM-palvelimella.
3. Immateriaalioikeudet
Kaikki oikeudet Tuotteeseen, mukaan lukien mutta ei rajoittuen tekijänoikeuksiin ja muihin immateriaalioikeuksiin, kuuluvat yksinomaan Project G:lle. Näiden Ehtojen mukainen käyttöoikeus ei siirrä käyttäjälle mitään omistus- tai muita oikeuksia Tuotteeseen.
4. Vastuunrajoitus
Tuote tarjotaan "sellaisena kuin se on" ilman mitään nimenomaisia tai hiljaisia takuita. Project G ei vastaa mistään suorista tai epäsuorista vahingoista, menetyksistä, tietojen katoamisesta, liiketoiminnan keskeytymisestä tai muista haitoista, jotka aiheutuvat Tuotteen käytöstä tai kyvyttömyydestä käyttää Tuotetta.
5. Ehtojen rikkominen
Project G pidättää oikeuden ryhtyä kaikkiin tarvittaviin oikeudellisiin toimenpiteisiin Ehtojen rikkomisen johdosta. Project G pidättää oikeuden kieltäytyä kaikesta tulevasta asioinnista, yhteistyöstä ja palvelujen tarjoamisesta Ehtoja rikkoneelle käyttäjälle.
6. Ehtojen muuttaminen
Project G pidättää oikeuden muuttaa näitä Ehtoja milloin tahansa. Muutetut Ehdot tulevat voimaan välittömästi niiden julkaisemisen jälkeen. Tuotteen käytön jatkaminen muutosten jälkeen katsotaan muutettujen Ehtojen hyväksymiseksi.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the 3D model produced by Project G (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Product, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Scope of License
Project G grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product solely within a FiveM server environment. Any other use is expressly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Use and Restrictions
Without the prior explicit written permission of Project G, the user may not:
- distribute, share, publish, or otherwise make the Product available to third parties;
- sell, rent, license, resell, or otherwise transfer the Product or its usage rights;
- copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Product in whole or in part;
- use the Product in any environment other than a FiveM server.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Product, including but not limited to copyrights and other intellectual property rights, are exclusively owned by Project G. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer any ownership or other rights to the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Project G shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, loss of data, business interruption, or other harm arising from the use of or inability to use the Product.
5. Breach of Terms
Project G reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions in response to any breach of these Terms. Project G also reserves the right to refuse any future business, cooperation, or provision of services to any user who has violated these Terms.
6. Modifications to the Terms
Project G reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
